I founded Cooper Boot Camp to help people achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's to carry groceries, climb stairs without feeling winded, or help bones to be stronger, a fit body helps make life easier. Clients include baby boomers, new moms, IronMan Triathletes and Marathon runners.
